1st Private Yoga Session
$150/90 min.
This session is intentionally designed to gently support you in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner safety.
What to Expect:
We begin with a 20-minute review of your nervous system assessment, where we explore your unique patterns of survival, current stress responses, and how they may show up in your body. Together, we’ll discuss your goals for our work— whether you're seeking restoration, emotional regulation, relief from chronic tension, or a more trusting relationship with your body.
Next, you’re invited into a 10-minute pause, a moment for quiet integration. You may choose to sip tea, journal, or do a grounding activity like coloring. During this time, I intuitively craft your yoga practice to meet you exactly where you are, based on everything that’s been shared.
We then move into a 60-minute private yin yoga session, guided with care and attunement. This practice weaves together deep stillness, breathwork, gentle holds, and meditative guidance to help release stored tension and support your nervous system in feeling safe, supported, and at ease.
Follow-up Private Yoga Session
$125/60 min.
What to Expect:
This follow-up session is designed to meet you in the present moment, attuned to the shifts in your body, nervous system, and emotional landscape since our last time together.
We begin with a 10 minute check-in, creating space for you to share what’s coming up, and offering time to pause and settle in. You’re invited to sip tea, journal, or simply rest while I use your check-in to thoughtfully curate a yoga sequence that supports your current needs.
The remaining 50 minutes are dedicated to a trauma-focused yin yoga practice, guided by breath and mindfulness. Expect long, supported holds, gentle movement, and somatic prompts that help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and move toward restoration.
This session isn’t about performance—it’s about presence, safety, and honoring your body’s pace.
3- Session Private Yoga Package
$375/ Save & Deepen Your Practice
Designed to support ongoing healing, this 3-session package offers consistent, individualized care to help you gently build trust with your body and deepen your connection to self.
What to Expect:
Your first session is 90 minutes and includes a 30-minute nervous system attunement assessment where we explore your unique survival patterns and clarify intentions for our work together. You’ll then experience a tailored 60-minute trauma-focused yin yoga practice with breathwork and guided meditation.
The following two sessions are 60 minutes each. We begin with a 10-minute check-in and pause—offering space for journaling, tea, or quiet reflection while I refine a yoga sequence based on your current needs.
Whether used weekly as a mini-intensive or spaced out for ongoing care, this package helps you feel supported, seen, and gently guided back into your body at your own pace.
6-Session Intensive Healing Journey
$775/Deepen Into Healing With Structure & Support
What to Expect:
This 6-session package is designed for those ready to commit to deeper nervous system healing and embodied transformation through consistent, personalized support.
We begin with a 90-minute first session that includes a 20-minute nervous system assessment, where we explore your unique patterns of protection and set intentions for your journey. The remaining time is devoted to a grounding, customized yin yoga practice with breathwork and guided meditation.
You’ll return weekly for five additional 60-minute private sessions. Each begins with a brief check-in and intentional pause to support presence and attunement before we move into a curated yoga sequence tailored to your evolving needs.
As part of this journey, you’ll also receive a guided workbook to enrich your experience between sessions. This includes reflection prompts, somatic practices, and space to track insights and shifts, helping to extend the impact of our work into your daily life and home practice.
This package is ideal for those seeking structured healing, steady co-regulation, and a deeper relationship with their body and inner world.
