Perhaps you long for the sweet, child-like version of yourself, when everything felt simple and joy was so easy to access. Or you may be grieving the safe and whimsical childhood experience you were not granted. Maybe you’re struggling to hold space for both nostalgia and grief.

Still, deep down, there’s a part of you that longs for something more—a way to feel whole again, to reconnect with yourself, and to live with authenticity and joy. I truly believe we all have an inner knowing inherently within us to be able to live the life we desire, let me help you remember it.

Individual therapy is one of the greatest acts of self-love you can give yourself. A dedicated hour, where you’re free to be yourself, choose what you need, and connect with the deepest parts of you.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides the ultimate opportunity to heal relational wounds, find solace in like-minded beings, and realize you are never alone. I often offer a group based on a need I sense in the communities I work with.
