This package offers deeper, more immersive support for those who are feeling the weight of chronic stress, emotional fatigue, or disconnection from their body and inner world. It’s a space to gently unravel and reweave — with consistency, care, and personalized attention.

We begin with a 90-minute first session, which includes a 30-minute nervous system assessment and goal-setting conversation, followed by a 60-minute grounding yoga practice. This gives us time to understand your unique rhythms, patterns of survival, and what healing could look like for you.

You'll then return for five 60-minute weekly sessions, each beginning with a soft pause — time to check in, sip tea, or journal — before settling into a practice that meets you exactly where you are. Each session integrates breath, meditation, and restorative or yin movement crafted for your nervous system's needs that day.

You’ll also receive a guided workbook to deepen your journey between sessions, with reflection prompts, simple home practices, and space to track shifts in your body, emotions, and awareness.
