Soft Summer Reset: A Joy Seeker Day Retreat
A one-day women’s wellness retreat to reset, reconnect, and return to your authentic summer self.
August 15th, 2026 | Gulf Breeze, Florida
A Day Just For You
You’ve been holding a lot.
Showing up.
Taking care of others.
Staying responsible.
Doing what needs to be done, even when it leaves you feeling drained and disconnected.
And somewhere along the way…
you’ve stopped putting yourself first.
You can feel it.
The pattern isn’t sustainable.
Something needs to shift.
But you haven’t given yourself the space to actually do it.
This is Your Reset
This retreat is designed to be a catalyst for change.
A day where:
no one needs anything from you
nothing is expected of you
you don’t have to perform, fix, or hold it all together
Just space to breathe… to soften… to come back to yourself.
Let go of who you’ve had to be and return to who you’ve always been
A return to your authentic “Summer self”
Before the roles.
Before the expectations.
Before you learned to self-abandon.
There is a version of you that feels:
free
playful
expressive
fully herself
This day is about reconnecting with her.
Barefoot, sun-warmed, and free— your summer self is waiting.
A Day that Feels like Summer Used To
Think back to those late summer days from childhood…
When time stretched endlessly.
When you could just be.
When joy felt simple and natural.
This retreat recreates that feeling.
You’ll have space to:
sip something refreshing in the sun
laugh, move, and play
create freely (watercolor, journaling, or your own hobby)
rest without guilt
float, nap, read, or do nothing at all
No pressure.
No schedule to keep up with.
Just gentle structure and spacious freedom.
The Setting
A peaceful home on the water with…
open green space for movement
a dock for rest and play
cozy spaces to slow down and unwind
a firepit for evening ritual and reflection
A space where life naturally slows down.

This day is intentionally designed to support both depth and softness.
