Joy Seekers Collective

A nurturing space for women to reconnect with creativity, community, and joy—season by season.

Dear Joy Seeker,

If you’re longing for deeper connection, creative expression, and a gentle place to land, you’re invited to join a circle of women walking the wheel of the year together.

Why Joy Seekers?

Joy is our birthright.

In a world that often feels sharp and unyielding, Joy Seekers is a sanctuary. A gentle refuge for women who crave connection, creativity, and a return to wonder.

Here, we choose softness over perfection, curiosity over criticism, and creation over despair. You don’t need art experience—just a longing to reconnect with your own joy.

This is a space where the inner child is welcomed home. A place to set down the burdens of perfectionism, to let go of the myth that you must earn your worth, and to rediscover the wild, whimsical parts of yourself that the world has tried to silence.

We gather not just to escape the world’s despair and anxiety, but to actively shape a new reality— one where joy is an act of courage, and connection is the medicine.

If you’re tired of holding it all together, if you long for a circle where you can exhale, laugh, and create without judgment, Joy Seekers is your invitation.

The Wheel of the Year

The Wheel of the Year is a gentle map of the seasons. A way to honor nature’s cycles and celebrate the turning points in our lives. Rooted in ancient traditions of cyclical living, it invites us to pause every six weeks for moments of reflection, renewal, and connection.

Cyclical living means honoring the natural rhythms of the earth— and of your own body and spirit. Instead of pushing forward, we pause, reflect, celebrate, and rest as the seasons change.

This approach invites us to move through life with more ease, compassion, and intention, remembering that growth, rest, and renewal all have their time.

As Joy Seekers, we follow this rhythm to:

  • Celebrate nature’s changing seasons and their unique gifts

  • Create space for creativity, joy, and rest

  • Remind ourselves that life moves in cycles— not straight lines

You don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to notice, honor, and celebrate the beauty of each season alongside a supportive circle of women.

Upcoming Gatherings

Spring Emergence: Joy Seekers Gathering
$130.00

Rebirth • Tending • Becoming

Step gently into the heart of spring. A tender threshold between the balance of stillness and quiet growth. This gathering is an invitation to honor the slow, sacred work of emergence and tending, as nature quietly prepares for blossoming.

In this circle, we recognize that not all growth is visible or urgent. We gather to nurture what is quietly awakening within us, to tend to the seeds planted in winter, and to honor both our light and our dark.

Date: Sunday, April 26th, 2026

Time: 12:00-3:00pm

Location: Embodied Living | Pensacola, FL

Light refreshments and time to pause and connect

Through nervous system–nourishing yoga, reflective ritual, and creative expression, we’ll explore what may be quietly emerging within us, and what it truly needs in order to grow. You’ll leave with your artwork, a seed to plant, and a deeper trust in your own becoming.

A Gentle, Trauma-Informed Yoga Practice
A grounding, heart-opening sequence inspired by the seasonal shift, moving from winter stillness into balanced expansion. Expect slow transitions, accessible postures, and space to listen inward.

Floral Self-Portrait Ritual
Using dried and pressed flowers, you’ll create a self-portrait. Each bloom becomes a symbol of resilience, longing, softness, and strength. Honoring both the restful and the emergent parts of yourself.

Seasonal Reflection + Seed Blessing
Together, we reflect on what this season teaches us about softly tending. You’ll receive a seed to carry home, marking your commitment to slow, devoted tending.. Planted in soil and cared for over time, it becomes a quiet companion to your own unfolding.

Light seasonal refreshments will be served, offering space to pause, reflect, and connect with other women who are also learning to gently tend to themselves in this season of life.

This Gathering Is For You If:

  • You crave seasonal rhythm and meaningful ritual

  • You want to reconnect to your body in a safe, supported way

  • You feel something shifting inside but don’t want to force clarity

  • You long to grow — gently

Spring does not demand bloom.

It offers light and waits for readiness.

Come tend what is already quietly becoming.🌸
